How much would a Superman shield tattoo cost?

I'm thinking of getting a tattoo on my upper arm of the superman logo, not too detailed and in black, just wondering how much that would cost?|||I'd say about 拢30 - 拢40 in the UK. You should have it coloured in it would look a lot better, and less like you chickened out half way through lol.

Why do you want the superman tattoo, are you a bon jovi fan ?|||I don't think it's actually tacky depending on the reason you get it. I have seen plenty of tattoos and they're not ten-a-penny designs those shields. If you got it because you're like "I'm superman!" I think you'd get fed up of it at some point. If you genuinely have a passion for comic books i.e. it would class as a "geek tattoo" then I think it would look great especially if you had it done really well by a great artist.

However, if some self-important big mouth in yahoo answers can get you worried about having it and cloud your certainty to have it at all, you may want to leave it a while until you're sure.

If then, you really want it, go for it! It's your body. Price wise, as everyone else has said, would depend on how you wanted it. It's impossible to price tattoo ideas over the internet because EVERYTHING is a factor. Size, colour, detail, country, area, artist, etc..

Whatever you choose, good luck with it!|||Well, it may depend on the look you are going for, sculpted, or flat, with a colored or shaded background or not:

and size matters because it all comes down to time spent...

So, I would figure anywhere from $100 - $250 plus tip

good luck|||I will not comment on your choice of design - that's up to you and nobody else. However, I will say that the only way you'll get a proper idea as to how much it'll cost is by talking to your chosen tattooist - only they will know what their rates are and how long it would take them etc. My tattooist charges 拢65 per hour and something like that would take him maybe a couple of hours, but since you don't even say which country you're in it's going to be a little difficult to give you a reasonable estimate, isn't it??|||it all depends on the tattooist you can ring your local tattoo shop and go in for a consultation before you want to get it done

go round a few price it up and tattooists

usually have their work up on the walls so you can check out the quality of their work also ask around find out what their reputation is like

good luck with that :)

hope i helped|||a few years back i priced one out in MN, and i was told a 'palm sized' color \S/ would run about $250.

obviously b%26amp;w is cheaper, but I think size is the major factor on most work, especial 'iconic' tats.

be warned, thanks to the likes of Shaq and Jon Bon Jovi the \S/ shoulder tat is a bit cliche, albeit popular

|||Don't you just love some people's inability to answer a simple question? Gotta love the dumb asses in here!

Anyhow, yes it depends on the size. Let's say the shield is the size of a drink coaster, the cost would be about $150-300 depending where in the US you live.|||it would depend on where you get it done. tattoo artist all charge different some give you a price for that tattoo others charge by hour and it would depend on the size and detail etc.. best thing to do would be go to the tattoo artist that's going to do it and ask them. |||that is pretty sweet =]

well i think you should go to their site

or contact or go to the place to find out how much it would cost.

good luck!|||about 150. But I think you should do color.|||dnt u think that would look a bit takky and it depends on the size
